My purpose is to provide a supportive and compassionate space where it feels possible to approach these challenges and overwhelming emotions while developing the motivation and belief in your ability to enact powerful positive change in your life.
Mindfulness, self discovery, and new ways of relating to others and to ourselves are different themes that can arrive in sessions to support personal growth.
